Running Plans & Schedule

Specific training plans will be set to the runners the day before, so they know what to expect. This will include the planned route, distance, time, elevation, pace as well as the weather for you to prepare.

We’ve adopted a “weather-proof” policy, and will won’t let some rain stop us. If it’s really rough out there, we may train indoors or do an alternative training session.

Weekly Runs

Our club will be running 3 times a week, including a longer fun run on Sundays.

TUESDAY: 6:30am
THURSDAY: 6:30am
SUNDAY: 7:00am
